Hello there. My name is Mak and I'll be the head (and only) journalist around here. I've started this blog with the intention to share my thoughts on video games I'm playing, upcoming games on the horizon, gaming news, and more on a weekly basis. Currently, I own a Nintendo 3DS, a Nintendo Switch, and an Xbox One and tend to split my time gaming between the three when I get the chance. I've accrued quite the backlog to play through at the moment so most of my initial posts will be about working through the list so I can be ready for new games this fall and beyond. I've got a very busy schedule these days so my posts may not always be on track but I'm hoping for at least one post per week to start. I work full-time while also in graduate school so I tend to be pretty caught up with boring stuff rather than gaming. I'm currently drowning in my my backlog and I'm here to write my way through it via my thoughts, impressions, reviews, and frustrations on the video games I'm playing. I'm both excited and stressed to play them all. With my busy schedule these days, I've gotten really behind on playing my games library. I'm usually a "one at a time" type of gamer when it comes to story-based games; I like to start a game and complete it before I start the next one. I've always felt that devoting my time to one game at a time nets me the best experience with the game. But with E3 showing off so many amazing games on the horizon, I have a huge list of games to complete before I'm ready for anything new. So I'm making a commitment to finishing off everything I've got sitting around (or at least most of it if I'm being honest) before I'm ready to jump on board with the new releases on the horizon.
